About the Authors
-
John is an accomplished academic and educator with a strong background in coach learning and development, having contributed to the advancement of the field through over 30 published research papers. However, in 2021, he made the conscious decision to transition away from academia, driven by a misalignment between his personal values and the direction of higher education. Presently, his primary focus is on empowering individuals and organisations to unlock their full potential across a wide range of performance settings. His objective is clear: to inspire and challenge people to engage in deep thinking, wise learning, and a more meaningful way of life. When he’s not pursuing this mission, you'll often find him enjoying a round of golf, tending to his allotment, or being barked at by his miniature dachshund, Dudley.
