BEING WELL

Existential Philosophy for Transformational Leaders

“Everything has been figured out, except how to live.”

Jean-Paul Sartre

THE INSIDE OUT

We're each starring in our own exclusive movie, a narrative only we can intimately know and feel.

Philosophy serves as a powerful tool to decode these personal experiences and make sense of the world around us.

This programme isn't about generic advice; it's about giving you the reins to your distinct journey, offering an insider's perspective rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.

Inspired by the book of the same name, it blends existential philosophy with practical strategies for personal growth.

Course Structure

The BEING WELL course is interactive and engaging, allowing you to participate as part of a small cohort or with optional 1-2-1 sense-making for personalised attention and support throughout.

I pride myself on creating a lighthearted and welcoming atmosphere that fosters a relaxed and enjoyable learning environment. My goal is to challenge you while providing real-time feedback to deepen your knowledge and enhance your learning experience.

Unlike traditional courses, there are no assessments or required readings. Everything you need to know will be covered during the live sessions, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the learning experience without added stress.

Community

Upon enrolment, you'll gain access to a private Slack or Discord group—a space for cohort members to connect and engage in stimulating conversations. Here, you’ll find authentic connections, practical advice, and inspiration.

Our community values deep engagement and intimate collaboration over superficial exchanges. It’s an enthusiastic and supportive network of like-minded individuals on a quest for personal and collective wisdom.

Each week, you’ll receive additional resources—books, articles, films, memes, podcasts, and documentaries—to complement the session material. These resources aim to stimulate critical thinking and encourage discussions that promote both personal and collective growth.
