BEING WELL

Existential Philosophy for Authentic Living

“Everything has been figured out, except how to live.”

Jean-Paul Sartre

THE INSIDE OUT

We’re each living a deeply personal story, a narrative woven from our experiences, questions, and inner reflections.

Existential philosophy offers a way to untangle these threads, helping us understand ourselves and the world we inhabit. It’s not about handing you answers but about empowering you to navigate your unique journey with greater clarity and intention.

Inspired by the book of the same name, BEING WELL isn’t a collection of quick fixes or generic advice. It’s an invitation to move beyond shallow conceptions of well-being and explore the deeper questions that shape how we live.

THINK

LIKE YOU’VE NEVER THOUGHT BEFORE

Through this journey, you’ll uncover profound insights about yourself and those around you, challenging conventional ways of thinking.

It’s not about chasing peak performance but about stepping into a more authentic, meaningful way of living and leading.

You’ll deepen your self-awareness, expand your perspective, and reconnect with a sense of purpose that energises and sustains you.

WHO IT’S FOR

In a world filled with uncertainty and existential questions, BEING WELL is for those who want to move beyond surface-level solutions and explore the deeper currents that shape their decisions and actions.

This programme offers space for reflection and dialogue, appealing to those who value self-discovery and the pursuit of wisdom.

If you’re ready to challenge simplistic ideas of well-being and explore what it truly means to live and lead well, BEING WELL is your next step.
